The animation team, particularly Yassine and his colleagues, provided fantastic entertainment that really kept my family engaged throughout our stay.
The air conditioning was quite inadequate, making our rooms uncomfortably warm during the humid nights.

great beach access but outdated furniture
The beach being right at the hotel front door was a huge perk for our family. The restaurant staff went above and beyond, always showing warmth and kindness. We also appreciated the variety in food options, offering something different each meal which kept the dining experience fresh and exciting.
The furniture in the room felt quite outdated, impacting the overall comfort.

Some rooms showed outdated features.

A Memorable Retreat by the Sea
I appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff during my short stay. The Double Room with Sea View offered stunning views, making my mornings unforgettable. Dining featured diverse options, including sushi and traditional Tunisian dishes. Don't miss the animated evenings at the American bar! Consider arriving early to enjoy the beach fully before closure at 6pm.

The thalasso therapy packages offered a nice change of pace, with various treatments that can be quite relaxing if you navigate the process correctly. The beach area is sizable, lending a good sense of space even when it gets busy, and the water is pretty clear if you're looking to take a dip.
Multiple issues cropped up during my stay, such as the AC being out of order and no prior notice about it being operational only from mid-June. The music blaring until 11 PM made it hard to relax, and the outdated furniture in the rooms coupled with persistent noise from the toilet systems drained some comfort. the food options were ample but lacked any real flavor and could easily lead to an upset stomach. I felt there was little communication regarding the thalasso therapy, leaving us somewhat adrift in figuring out the schedule. In short, the experience felt more like a bumpy ride than a smooth sailing getaway.

The Double Room with Sea View was spacious and had a nice view, which was definitely a highlight. it felt a bit outdated with old furniture. The air conditioning could be better too, but I didn't have too many issues with it. The location right by the beach was cool, and it gave a nice vibe to the room, especially in the mornings. it was decent but could use some updates to really shine.

The beach was right at the hotel front door, making it super convenient for relaxation and enjoyment. The staff provided exceptional service, always ready to assist with a smile, which made our family feel welcomed. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, perfect for our needs. the food variety could use improvement, as it became repetitive after a few days.
